This was an odd / difficult / toughest race I have ever done for technical and physical / Mental barriers I had to break on the way .

I swam conservative as I knew it will be a tough race and got a 2 k done in 52 minutes. I usually finish a 2 k swim in 40 -45 minutes usually.

Just before I get onto the bike my sole of my shoe with my cleat pops off, I can see my sole’s soul leave from planet pune.Like for fuck sake ! Why could my shoe not have a cordial relationship with its sole that day ?

@cockyvandam18 was like a ribbon / rope can do the trick . We take one from the construction site and tie my sole’s soul to my shoe . I couldn’t go fast as If I did I knew the entire thing would pop out without any back up ! (You can see my shoes soul hanging for its life with ribbons in the second picture). 👀😂

And bam my ocd / anxiety is on fleek for of course it wants to join the party when things go wrong .

Then I feel like my bowels are on a roller coaster and I got to rush into the woods to strip my tri suit and let the roller coaster ride stop. For the first time I used wet leaves as tissue papers to wipe my 🍑. Biked 90 kilometres with all this drama and elevation in 3:45 minutes.

Till I hit the run i just wanted to finish this race and the weather was so pleasant a day before. Race day it was scorching . Walk run walk run with a blah finish of 8 hours and 16 minutes as I call it and all thanks to @cockyvandam18 . More her than me ! 💯♥️🙏🏼

This race was a race for mental toughness rather than anything else.
