TRICKS

  • Include strength training or become a rubber band . Strength in every and any form is needed even while working out.

  • Mindfulness / Yoga does help unless you have a neurotic disorder. (Neurotic Conditions + Yoga = Broken RUBBER BAND)

  • Sometimes it’s cool to skip a workout especially for your mental health.

  • Even if it’s a 5 minute exercise, that’s better for your condition / health than missing some major training session. (Depends on Individuals)

  • Family / wife & close friends - sometimes they exercise your mind. It can save lives.

  • Staying fit / healthy is a long distance marathon and cannot be achieved immediately.

  • BE PUNCTUAL WITHOUT A PUNCTUATION! ACTIONS ALWAYS!

TREATS

  • Fry Foods are Lucifer on Steroids.

  • Hydrate up, a lot of disability causing conditions and disorders can start if you and your personality is dry!

  • Chew your food even if that means eating like a cow.

  • Warm food > Cold Food unless you are in Greenland.

  • House Food instead of calling it from outside.

  • Enough sources of proteins can come from a veg diet. Don’t overdo protein supplements, it can be disastrous. Imagine you being a cool peaceful vegetarian dinosaur.

  • Keep it SIMPLE!
